Payments and transactions
padi does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you transfer is the amount you receive. However, your payment provider (such as DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank—e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) may apply their own fees; those fees are set by the payment provider, not by us. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transfer. Your padi account balance reflects only the funds you have deposited minus any amounts you have wagered or withdrawn; it does not include payment-provider fees.

You will be directed to your payment app to authorize the transfer. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately to request closure of the duplicate. Attempting to circumvent this rule may result in permanent suspension from padi.
